馬賽皂大約是每個做皂人練功的必修課吧。初生之犢不畏虎,讓我來給它試一下吧。
據說馬賽皂做起來會很軟,因為它含有72%的橄欖油,為此我加了一些蜂臘,可以讓皂硬一點。除此之外還有冬天適用的可可脂,它可以柔軟肌膚,具有極佳的保溼效果,而且可以增加皂的硬度。說到這可可脂,它的香味真的是太迷人了,從熔可可脂開始,濃濃的可可香就不斷飄出來,真想吃它一口!

Extra virgin的橄欖油加上起泡容易但比椰子油溫和的棕櫚核油,讓這皂更溫柔。只是我原本想要的墨綠色皂液到trace後竟然是黃綠色!唉,做肥皂就是有這樣多未可知的驚喜吧。

切皂的感覺很好,軟硬適中,很像切有油木果脂皂的質感。一邊切的時後,淡淡的橄欖油香和可可脂的香味就飄了出來,油脂的自然香味真是太迷人了,不加精油也很棒呢!

In order to make a harder Castile soap, I added some bee wax and cocoa butter. The aroma of cocoa butter is so delicious even made me hungry during soap making.
72% of Extra virgin olive oil and palm kernel oil make the soap tender to skin. Good for normal skin and for those who are sensitive to essential oil.
